Destination Lincoln

Lincoln is the capital of Nebraska with a population of nearly 240,000 people.  Lincoln is home of the flagship campus of University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  It has the ambiance of a friendly small town with the amenities and attractions that you would find in a major metropolitan area.

Housing is very affordable. According to Freddie Mac, Nebraska was the 9th most affordable place to purchase a home.  With the rising interest to find affordable fuel and the new demand for Nebraska's corn for ethanol, the economy is very promising.

Temperatures are moderate. Winter highs are in the 40s and the summer temperatures average in the 80s and 90s.
